SBL to hold Micro Games fundraiser on May 15
The Saipan Baseball League will hold yet another fundraiser for the CNMI Men’s National Baseball Team’s trip to the 2014 Micronesian Games in Pohnpei, Federated States of Micronesia.
The fundraiser will be held on May 15, from 5:30pm to 11pm at the Garapan Central Park next to Gold’s Gym in Chinatown.
“The Happy Hour Fundraiser is for the benefit of the CNMI Men’s National Baseball Team’s overall expenses that includes airfare, accommodations, and meals. The team is the holder of the last Micronesian Games silver Medal held in Palau in 2010. Live entertainment will be provided and a great time is indeed a guarantee. Raffle tickets will also be on sale for a chance to win many prizes at a raffle drawing to be held next month,” said SBL’s Rose Igitol.

The fundraiser is being held in collaboration with Budweiser, Aloha Maid, KKMP, KSPN2, Saipan Tribune, and Marianas Variety.
