Ten-year-old Devin and 9-year-old Dane Santos recently turned over to the school basketballs and footballs. This comes on the heels of a recent donation made by a young girl, Eusebia Ana Hocog Flores, who gave the school dictionaries.

“On behalf of everyone at Eskuelan San Francisco de Borja, I want to express our deep gratitude to Devin and Dane Santos for their generous donation,” said administrator/principal Carmen H. Atalig. “Gifts of this size are not made without a great deal of thought, and we embrace the opportunity and for that we are eternally grateful.”

“Their donation allows us to reach out and better meet the needs of our students in the physical education and sports activities,” added Atalig.

“Thank you Devin and Dane for your donations. Your donations put a big smile to every student in our school that loves to play,” said student body president Tyra Reese A. Calvo.

“Thanks to a generous donation from the Santos brothers, the students could not have been more grateful or more excited to receive the new basketballs and footballs,” said board president Edward C. Maratita Jr.

Dane Santos is a third grader and Devin Santos is a fourth grader from CDR William C. McCool Elementary Middle School/Department of Defense Education Activity schools in Guam. Their proud parents are David and Glenda Hocog Santos of Mangilao, Guam.

The administration, students, faculty and staff, and board of directors would like to express their appreciation to Dane and Devin. Thank you! (ESFDB)
