Former CNMI attorney general, Tinian mayor, and current private lawyer JP San Nicolas and his office have joined in supporting the efforts of the Tinian-based Ohala Foundation and its goal to help those most in need.

Starting last March 27 up to April 6, the San Nicolas Law Office on Saipan is receiving food donations for transfer to Tinian in support of the bi-weekly “Ohala Foodbox Distribution Program.”

“I wanted to commend [Ohala Foundation chair Phillip Mendiola-Long], the Ohala [Foundation] board members and its hardworking volunteers and supporters for their continued efforts in feeding and taking care of our people. I frequently travel between Saipan and Tinian and I look forward to delivering whatever donations we can receive to the foundation,” said San Nicolas.

Mendiola-Long said the support of local businesses like the San Nicolas Law Office is critical and appreciated. “The impact of hunger and food security affects all of our communities and we thank attorney San Nicolas for his support in getting food and supplies over to Tinian,” said Mendiola-Long.

The the San Nicolas Law Office is located on Chalan Pale Arnold, Gualo Rai on the second floor of the Island Commercial Center, across First Hawaiian Bank.
