Salisbury graduates from FBI National Academy

WASHINGTON, D.C.-Guam Delegate Madeleine Z. Bordallo recently attended the 246th commencement exercise of the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia. William Salisbury, from the Office of the Attorney General of Guam, graduated from the program along with more than 250 law enforcement personnel from federal, state, and local jurisdictions throughout the United States and 20 countries.
The FBI National Academy is a professional course of study for U.S. and international law enforcement leaders that serves to improve the administration of justice in police departments and agencies in the United States and globally and to raise law enforcement standards, knowledge, and cooperation worldwide. Its mission is “to support, promote, and enhance the personal and professional development of law enforcement leaders by preparing them for complex, dynamic, and contemporary challenges through innovative techniques, facilitating excellence in education and research, and forging partnerships throughout the world.”
“I congratulate William Salisbury on his graduation from the FBI National Academy,” said Bordallo. “I am confident that he will use the knowledge and skills he obtained at the FBI Academy to improve the capabilities of the Attorney General’s Office as well as law enforcement in Guam.”
