Saipan Little League meeting this Monday

The Saipan Little League Baseball, Inc. is requesting all team managers and coaches to attend an important meeting this Monday, March 30, beginning 5:30pm at the Gilbert C. Ada Gymnasium conference room.

The upcoming Marpi Carnival will be the agenda as proceeds from the fundraising event will benefit SLLBI.

The Marpi Carnival, set on April 11 from 10am to 6pm at the Kan Pacific Pool Ground, is part of the of Mariana Resort & Spa’s 37th anniversary celebration.

Organizers of the fundraising event are inviting groups and organizations to set up food, drinks, and games booths. A Battle of the Bands side event will also be held with a $20 entrance fee.

The Hotel Association of the Northern Mariana Islands 3rd Annual Go-Kart Race Competition is also a same day event with the champion winning $2,000, while the second and third place finishers will get $1,000 and $500.
