Sabalu gains share of SEDA Flame Tree lead

D’Pirates Bar’s Sabalu pulled off an 8-7 upset over Bar Gaia’s Gaiana B last week to force a tie for the lead in the Saipan Electronic Dart Association’s B Flame Tree division.

D’Pirates Bar’s Sabalu now holds a 98-67 record, sharing the top spot with Bar Gaia’s Gaiana.

Sabalu’s Ray Indalecio posted a 160 High In and One Shot’s Dexter Mendiola scored a 160 High Out in their respective matches.

Flame Tree’s Chagi Sang bested fourth-ranked TBA Oneshot (87-78) Joe’s Steakhouse, 8-7, at home to remain in contention, as it is just three games behind the pacesetters.

Other division frontrunners include B Fanihi’s Echoserong Kamote of Naked Fish Bar & Grill and Inter-Government League’ Team CUC of Jonny’s Bar & Grill.

Fanihi’s Echoserong knocked off Es’y Kitchen’s Kitchen Shooters (72-93), 9-6, at home to improve to a 105-60 record. Echoserong holds a seven-game lead over both World B, of Gaia and Es’y SOS Akiramenai.

World B pounced Oleai’s Oh Yeah! (55-110), 12-3, on the road; Akiramenai topped Oleai’s No Fear (74-91), 10-5, in a road match; and VFW Post 3457’s Dutty Gunz (96-69) went to Jonny’s and defeated Sekid (62-103), 12-3.

Akiramenai’s Manny Blas recorded a High In 160 and Dutty Gunz’s Norman Camacho posted a 129 High Out.

Meanwhile, Naked Fish Bar & Grill’s Team Na’Gupu (85-80) defeated Joe’s Skoregazzums (66-99), 9-6, on the road and D’Pirates’ Lucky Dart (80-85) bested Oleai’s Why Not (44-121), 9-6, at home.

In the government league, Team CUC brushed off the DPS Enforcers (67-98), 13-2, for a 120-45 slate.

In other results, second ranked AG’s Sakude (102-63) defeated the DPW Troubleshooters (70-95) at home in Oleai, 10-5, while DYS Atdit (91-74) downed NMC Proa (45-120) on the road at Jonny’s, 10-5.

AG’s Jayson John marked a 160 High In and DYS’s Julian Camacho scored a 160 High Out.
