Sabalu Boys stretch Tuesday B lead

D’Pirates Bar & Grill’s Sabalu Boys, Es’y’s SOS Jokers, VFW Post 3457’s One Shot, and are the current frontrunners in their respective divisions in the Saipan Electronic Dart Association after last week’s games.

Sabalu Boys routed sister team Mixed-Bloodshooters 2 in their Tuesday B division pairing, 13-2, and improved to a 59-16 record. Sabalu Boys have gashed an 11-game margin over sister-team Delubyo. Ten teams make up the field.

In other results in the Tuesday B division, fourth-ranked Oleai Baech Bar & Grill’s GCC Carpeters (41-34) upset Delubyo at home, 8-7; Es’y’s Shawarma (46-29) Boy knocked off Oleai’s Strike Force (32-43 in an away game, 10-5, and remain in third place; Jonny’s Bar & Grill’s Dosukebe Boys (30-45) upset Oleai’s Ombre Za (38-37) on the road, 8-7; and last place Oleai’s K-1 Snickers (17-58) upset VFW’s Assashunz (24-51) in a road match, 9-6.

K-1 Snickers’ Anthony Fitial posted a 160 High In and Dosukebe’s Kento Togawa scored a 113 High Out in their respective pairings.

SOS Jokers breezed past Oleai’s D’Companeros (35-5) on the road Wednesday, 12-5, to move up to a 54-31 slate for the lead in the Masters division. They hold a three-game advantage over Es’y’s IT&E Kamotes thanks partly to a 9-8 road upset by the third- ranked D’Pirates Destroyers (50-35) over the current runners-up.

Other results in the Masters division saw the Oleai Snipers (36-49) edge Jonny’s Azkals (29-56) on the road, 9-8. Six teams make up the division.

Destroyers’ Sadiri “Boy” Martin and D’Companeros’ Julius Monton each posted 160 High In, while Azkals’ Jayson “The Fire” John marked a 150 High Out in their respective pairings.

In the C division, One Shot downed-third ranked D’Pirates’ Yotsketeh Boys (43-32) on the road last Wednesday, 11-4, to take first place in the 10-team field with its 52-23 card.

Sand’s Bar’s Anies Imuza defeated D’Pirates Lucky Shot (32-43) at home, 12-3, for second place. Oleai’s Sparks (40-35) bested Bar Gaia’s Gaiana-C (24-51) at home, 11-4, for a fourth place seat. Gaia’s World-C upset Joe’s Bar’s I Like It at home, 10-5, while Naked Fish Bar & Grill’s Oh! MG defeated Jonny’s Night Hawks in another home match, 9-6.

Oh! MG’s Jarick Atalig scored a High-In 140 and Yotskete Boys’ Buddy Garote posted a High Out 138 in their respective matches.
