Roland siblings complete 6-month APAFS internship
HAGATNA, Guam– Genevieve S. Roland, has successfully completed an administration and marketing internship with Asia Pacific Association for Fiduciary Services. The internship was for the a six-month period covering the second and third quarters of the 2012 academic year of St. John’s School, where she is enrolled in the tenth grade.
She gained the respect of top marketing and finance professionals that worked with her. In illustration of the high regard she was held, it was the first time that APAFS entrusted an intern to act as support for the association’s annual investment conference that regularly draws over 300 delegates from around the Pacific region. Her responsibilities included support for marketing and advertising efforts, public relations, and venue coordination.
Her younger brother, Justin A. Roland, also successfully completed an internship with Asia Pacific Association for Fiduciary Services. The internship was for the same six-month period covering the second and third quarters of the 2012 academic year of St. John’s School, where he is enrolled in the ninth grade.
His main responsibilities included converting physical archives of the association to electronic format, updating member and sponsor information, as well as implementing a new web-based member client contact program. (APAFS)
