‘Roasts, Reds, Rendezvous’ at the Hyatt

The 8th Annual “Roasts, Reds, Rendezvous” is a celebration of steak, wine, and meaningful connections throughout the month of May. Guests will experience one of Hyatt Regency Saipan’s signature events with partners, Certified Angus Beef and Murphy-Goode wines. This yearly event rolls out across three significant events: the Grand Launch, Season of RRR and Sundowner.

Tapas culture at The Grand Launch

On May 2, 2015, the team at Hyatt Regency Saipan is launching the monthlong ode to the marriage of steak, wine, and meaningful connections. The Grand Launch is priced at $55 per person. The price for Club at the Hyatt members is $40, inclusive of Murphy-Goode wines.

The Grand Launch will highlight the small-plated wonders and unique culture of tapas. The Grand Launch will feature live stations featuring the culinary team’s renditions of Certified Angus Beef paired with Murphy-Goode wines. With Spanish-themed live entertainment, the team at Hyatt Regency Saipan is excited to create a Spanish ambience where meaningful connections are fostered and laughter is inspired.

In addition to the ambience, the culinary team also takes pride in the star dish of this year’s “Roasts, Reds, Rendezvous” festivities: 28-day in-house dry-aged Certified Angus Beef Tomahawk chop.
