Roasts, reds and rendezvous: The grand finale

Hyatt Regency Saipan and Certified Angus Beef proudly present the fifth annual Roasts, Reds and Rendezvous grand finale dinner event.

The grand finale event is on Friday, May 25, 2012, from 6pm onwards and is priced at $125 per person and $80 for Club at the Hyatt members. Make Giovanni’s your special rendezvous for a party of eight or more and enjoy the dinner for just $70 per person.

This year, to add more value for its guests, Hyatt will serve a seven-course dinner featuring dishes expertly paired with wines from Kendall-Jackson, Fifth Leg, Devil’s Lair and Lindemans.

“This is a change from the typical cocktail setting we have done for previous years. Throughout the season, we want our diners to try our splendid menus capped with a grand finale dinner,” said director of Food and Beverage Michael Wilson. (Hyatt)
