Registration is open at LaoLao Bay Golf & Resort for the 21st Annual HANMI Charity Classic Golf Tournament on July 15, 2023, slated for the west course. Registration forms are available at LaoLao  Bay Golf & Resort and at www.saipanhotels.org.

“Finally! Registration is now open for our tournament, and we invite all interested players to ensure their slots are locked in,” said tournament chair Juko Ishikawa. “Registration usually fills up by the early bird deadline, so we encourage players to sign up early.”

The early bird tournament fee is $150 and includes optional play this year, as well as green fees and an awards luncheon. The fee increases to $170 after the early bird deadline on Friday, July 2, at 5pm. Option play will include accurate drive (hole No. 9) and four chances for nearest to the pin (holes No. 3, 7, 13, and 17). Showtime is 6am and the tournament will start at 7am.

Hole-in-one prizes include $5,000 cash from Pacifica Insurance, $5,000 cash from Island Training Solutions, and vehicles from Atkins Kroll Saipan and Triple J Motors. Other early sponsors for the tournament include FlameTree TV/KSPN2, KCNM-KZMI, and Marianas Variety

The tournament will be open to the first 144 paid registrants. The tournament follows a blackjack double Peoria format. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Marianas Tourism Education Council and 500 Sails.
