The American Red Cross NMI Chapter provided assistance to the victims of a house fire in Tanapag in the early morning of July 3, 2014.

The single-family dwelling was completely destroyed by the fire. No one was reported hurt.

The Red Cross Disaster Action Team responded to the fire scene and worked closely with the family in providing them with much needed assistance for clothing and household needs.

“The Red Cross is extremely grateful for the generous support of its donors and the CNMI Community. It is through this support that the Red Cross is able to respond to the needs of families during disasters,” said Paul W. Camacho, Emergency Services director.
