Recommendations for cultural projects needed
On behalf of The Inetnun Kutturan Natibun Marianas/Kkoor Aramasal Marianas, a non-profit organization in the CNMI, president Isidoro T. Cabrera would like to invite interested individuals to recommend Chamorro or Carolinian cultural projects or programs such as traditional knowledge, history, language, traditional healing practices, local names and history of places in the CNMI, music, among others.

The survey will close on Oct. 31, 2022. Prizes: Out of the first 30 respondents, IKNM/KAM will randomly select four respondents to each receive a hardbound copy of the Directory of Traditional Healers and Medicinal Plants in the CNMI by Manuel F. Borja and Jose S. Roppul, or a book on Chamorro Grammar by Dr. Sandra Chung. Prizes will be awarded on Nov. 30, 2022.
