The public is being warned that sea conditions will be hazardous to small craft up until 6pm Tuesday.

Based on the information received from the National Weather Service in Guam, a small craft advisory remains in effect through Tuesday afternoon. Seas 9 to 12 feet will be present in Marianas coastal waters. The strongest winds are expected on Monday with choppy seas peaking around 12 feet.

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions. (PR)
