PSS stops probe after San Nicolas resigns

Share

The Public School System was in the process of investigating Eric San Nicolas for having inappropriate relationships with students during his time as a teacher and principal at Tinian High School. During that investigation, the PSS did not find evidence to support a finding that he has inappropriate relationships with students of Tinian High School. In December 2014, Eric San Nicolas voluntarily resigned as vice principal at Saipan Southern High School to pursue other endeavors. PSS has stopped its inquiry and process. PSS takes all allegations of misconduct by its employees seriously and will continue to put the welfare of its students first. (PSS)
