Pioneer Guam businesswoman to be honored

TAMUNING, Guam—For the sixth year, First Hawaiian Bank and Guam Business Magazine are presenting a Lifetime Achievement Award to honor a businesswoman who is a pioneer in her field, who works tirelessly in the community to improve the quality of life on the island and who serves as a role model for the businesswomen of today. This year, the Lifetime Achievement Award will be presented to Antoinette “Toni” Sanford, owner and co-founder of Sanford Technology Group LLC.

The ninth annual Businesswoman of the Year Maga’haga award program, sponsored by First Hawaiian Bank and Guam Business Magazine, recognizes businesswomen who have made significant contributions to their industries and have demonstrated a strong commitment to their community.

The 2014 First Hawaiian Bank and Guam Business Magazine Businesswoman of the Year Maga’haga Award will be presented at the Businesswoman of the Year gala on Saturday, April 26, 2014, at the Hyatt Regency Guam, in conjunction with the release of the Guam Business May/June issue. Proceeds from the gala will fund scholarships at the University of Guam, Guam Community College, and Northern Marianas College. (PR)
