issx9999ns154528The PIC Hafa Adai 5k is elated to welcome both Triple J Motors and Triple J Wholesale to the growing family of sponsors assisting the April 26 race.

Triple J Motors general manager Randy Steele said that he and his team are excited to be a part of this inaugural event. Triple J Motors has donated 10 $500 discount certificates to be used on the purchase of any new or pre-owned vehicle. Conditions do apply.

“PIC is one of the leaders in fun, community events and Triple J Motors is proud to be sponsoring this event. We hope that everyone can come down at the 5K event and join the fun,” Steele said.

“Randy and his team are always there for our PIC Signature events,” said PIC operations and events manager Dennis Tababa. “To have Triple J Motors on board once again just goes to show the level of commitment they have to our community-based events.”

As for Triple J Wholesale, it has offered a discount sale to race participants.

“Just bring in your race bib on April 26 to Triple J Wholesale and receive 10% off your purchase,” said Triple J Five Star Wholesale Foods general manager Jay Santos. “Our team will be out manning the last aid station and cheering all of you on. This is a great event and we hope to see you all after the raffle.”

“Triple J has always partnered up with PIC for community events. The promotion of a healthy and active lifestyle is at the core of our relationship so this partnership just made sense,” said PIC SEA director Glenn Policare.

The Hafa Adai 5K will have participants passing through four coloring stations along the 5K route. Volunteers will celebrate each participant’s arrival with a splash of either blue, yellow, pink or red colored corn starch. This biodegradable and non-toxic mixture will have participants laughing all the way from station to station.

Entry forms are available at the PIC front Desk and at Saipan Shell Stations. Entry fees are only $10 and the first 500 paid entries will receive a free limited edition event shirt. Proceeds from the Hafa Adai 5K will go to the CNMI Salvation Army. For more information, contact Tababa at dennis.tababa@picsaipan.com or call 237-5147. (PIC)
