TUMON, Guam—The Bistro, an iconic restaurant located at the Pacific Islands Club Guam in Tumon, has reopened with daily service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and will begin its Sunday brunch offering this Sunday for Mother’s Day, May 8.

The Bistro serves contemporary American cuisine in an upscale yet relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant overlooks the stunning Tumon Bay and offers panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and Guam’s vibrant sunsets from its picture windows. The restaurant is open Monday through Saturday for breakfast from 7:30am to 9:30am and lunch from 11:30am to 2pm. On Sundays, The Bistro serves brunch from 10:30am to 2:pm. The Bistro is open for dinner daily from 6pm to 9pm.

“We are pleased to announce The Bistro’s reopening. Our team is ready to welcome back our customers to experience The Bistro they know and love while inviting new guests to learn why The Bistro has been a resident favorite for many years,” said Ben Ferguson, general manager of PIC. “The reopening of The Bistro is another positive sign that tourism is returning. As visitor arrivals begin to increase, we felt it was time to bring back our team to offer another top-quality dining experience for the island.”

The Bistro offers a la carte menus that feature a wide variety of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. The new Sunday brunch buffet will feature a carving station to complement an array of stations—a deluxe salad bar, appetizers, hot entrees, desserts, and more.

The Bistro, along with the entirety of the Pacific Islands Club property, retains the Guam Safe Certification and World Travel and Tourism Council Safe Travels certification. This stamp indicates that PIC has implemented the highest safety and hygiene measures to enhance guest safety and enjoyment.

“The Bistro has always been a favorite of the business community, and I’m sure they will be happy to hear that we are open and offering a new lunch menu,” Ferguson added. “As tourism resumes, we are anticipating the re-opening of additional PIC outlets, such as the Skylight soon.”

Reservations are required for the Bistro and can be made by calling 671-646-9171 or by emailing reservations@picguam.com. (PIC Guam)
