The annual Pacific Islands Club dodgeball tournament is set on Nov. 21, Saturday, and not Oct. 24 as reported yesterday.

Teams will have seeding matches at 9:30am at the PIC tennis courts while the double elimination and knockout games will be played in the afternoon.

Sixteen slots are reserved for all public and private elementary schools on the island were they must field teams composed of five boys and five girls from first to fifth grade.

PIC Sports, Entertainment, and Activities director Glenn Policare said they decided to include all grade levels to keep the teams balanced.

Policare, who is also the tournament director, added that this year Seventh Day Adventist Dental Clinic, Bridge Capital LLC, and PIC shouldered the registration fee.

The winning team will take home the perpetual trophy. The Top 2 schools will be receiving sports goods, while all students will get tournament shirts and free lunch.

For more information and how to get the registration packet, call Policare at 247-5148 or email him at glenn.policare@picsaipan.com.
