The Philippine Consulate General will be distributing passports of those who applied and were processed last October at Sunday’s celebration of the traditional Paskong Pinoy at the Marianas Business Plaza in Susupe.

Philippine honorary consul Glicerio “Eli” Arago said yesterday that he received more than 200 passports for distribution.

Arago, who will also attend the United Filipino Organization-organized Paskong Pinoy festivities, said Mel Santos and other volunteers would be distributing the passports from 10am to 3pm only.

Unclaimed passports last September will also be distributed that same day. Those who applied must bring their receipt and old passport.

UFO has lined up several activities, contests, and entertainment numbers for this year’s Paskong Pinoy, which is co-sponsored by IT&E and LBC.

Kids will get the chance to participate in different games, Christmas art making contest, and gift giving.

The Christmas singing competitions start at 2pm with the choral, solo, and battle of the bands. Entries for the Christmas lantern-making contest will also be judged that same day.

The announcement of all the winners will be made after the battle of the bands.

The Deal Or No Deal game show will serve as the highlight, with one lucky participant winning $2,000.
