Perks for the vaccinated at Naked Fish

Naked Fish located in Garapan is extending perks to people who have already completed their vaccine regimen. For the whole month of May, Saipan’s favorite local bar and grill, in cooperation with MarPac Distributors Inc., will run a buy-one, take-one promotion on any purchase of Budweiser, BudLight, Michelob Ultra, and Deep Eddy Vodka drinks. To avail of this, just present your COVID-19 vaccination card.
According to Naked Fish general manager Joe Guerrero, people have begun to avail of this promo. “As a small business, I felt compelled to thank those who have been brave and received this important vaccination. More importantly, I aim to build awareness about vaccination and its benefits by providing this incentive,” he said.
“According to our public health officials, we need to vaccinate at least 80 to 90% of our population to achieve herd immunity. Once we have this, we will be able to safely reopen our tourism market which is our only source of revenue to pay for public health, public safety, education, etc. Our entire community needs to help each other by getting vaccinated,” he added.
Guerrero said that getting vaccinated is more about other than oneself. “Our local culture is deeply rooted in making sacrifices for those we love. At this time, getting vaccinated is perhaps the greatest sacrifice one can make,” he said.
“It is important for Naked Fish to help with COVID-19 prevention because I have a total of nine staff who rely on their work at Naked Fish to provide for their families’ needs. We started by mandating that all employees and new hires be vaccinated,” he added.
Naked Fish Bar & Grill is located along Micro Beach Road in Garapan. They are open Monday to Wednesday from 5pm to 9pm from Thursday to Saturday from 5pm to 11pm or later.
