An important published article appears on June 30, 2016, issues of both the Saipan Tribune and Marianas Variety that addresses the perennial road problem at the Kanat Tabla area. With FEMA approved grant money, the administration of Gov. Ralph DLG Torrres can now initiate the necessary actions to begin the process of addressing this important issue that affects both the residents and visitors of Kanat Tabla. Additionally, we recognize the effort and will continue to seek assistance from our elected officials to make this important endeavor a reality.

FEMA, the administration of Gov. Torres, and the Legislature should be applauded for the team effort in securing such financial assistance. Gov. Torres, you are listening and delivering your actions to your people. Thank you Gov. Torres. I will be remiss not to mention specifically Sen. Sixto Igisomar, Rep. Larry Deleon Guerrero, and Rep. Francis Taimanao, for their unwavering support to the plight of the residents of Kanat Tabla. Thank you all.
