Pacific Fleet Band to hold performances

ASAN, Guam—The U.S. Pacific Fleet Band has scheduled public performances while on island this coming weekend.

The band, based out of Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, will perform on the following dates and locations:

-April 2: 4pm and 5:30pm at the U.S. Naval Base Guam’s “Maila Halom” event on Polaris Point in Piti

-April 3: 11am at Micronesia Mall’s center court in Dededo

-April 3: 5pm at Guam Premier Outlets’ food court in Tamuning

The performances are free and open to the public.

During their visit, the band will also mentor music students and perform at George Washington High School in Mangilao the morning of April 4.

Under the operational control of the Commander, United States Pacific Fleet, the Pacific Fleet Band is dedicated to providing top quality music and entertainment in support of the U.S. Navy’s retention and recruiting programs, and for internal and external public relations.
