One Marianas: Movie and music night on Aug. 12
A movie and music night sponsored by DOCOMO Pacific and United Airlines will be held this Saturday, Aug. 12, from 4pm to 10pm at the Francisco C. Palacios Baseball Field. It is open to the public.
“The concert is all about giving thanks to all the people for all their support, that, after a long journey, the landing of ATISA is finally complete and the services that DOCOMO promised is now available,” said DOCOMO Pacific public relations coordinator Ken Quintanilla said,
Last July 3, DOCOMO relaunched its Gualo Rai branch with modern facilities to cater to all customers needs and, most importantly, their inaugurated the 4G LTE coverage on Saipan.
“The movie and music night is also a celebration of all DOCOMO services that have been launched on island. DOCOMO has the widest 4G service, the Tivo experience will bring high definition television, along with what the world’s television experience is, one that combines cable TV channels with all the best internet services like Netflix, Hulu, YouTube in one experience,” Quintanilla said
The Dolls from Guam will be performing their upbeat music about empowerment and will debut their original Chamorro song. Local artists Goddhy and Demalyn Pagarao will also perform at the concert.
“For the movie part, we will be showing Beauty and the Beast and people can expect free food, drinks and giveaways,” Quintanilla said.
Aside from Saipan, One Marianas will be going to Tinian on Aug. 19 and Rota on Aug. 26.
