The newly elected officers and members of the Saipan Seniors Advisory Council will soon have a signage put up inside the Aging Center dining hall.

Aging program coordinator Walter Manglona said the signage is expected to be up by Thursday “so that our guests and dignitaries will know who our officers are” when they visit the center during special events.

Manglona said the design of the signage, which measures about 30 x 50 inches, features a photo of the council officers and members taken inside the Aging Center’s conference room but he changed the background into outdoors “in a kind of serene area.”

“It just kind of showcases their personality: calm and collected,” Manglona told Saipan Tribune.

Manglona added, “We’ll put it up on the dining room to kind of like commend the new members of the council. Hopefully they work hard for the group.”

Two signages for the Aging Office are also expected to be installed by the end of the week.

Manglona said he is already finished doing the designs for the signages, which measure about 4 x 8 ft each.

“It’s going to be out there on the fence so that people that pass by can find our office,” he added.
