Activities will include a logistics presentation, touring the venues and facilities, and a Q&A session.

Delegates attending will include ONOC members from the Cook Islands, Fiji, the Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Nauru, Palau, Papua New Guinea, members from the Guam National Olympic Committee, and members from the Oceania Regional Anti-Doping Organisation.
