Notice to Saipan residents seeking FEMA aid

Share

Saipan residents who are applying for FEMA assistance are urged to have their respective precinct representative certify their “Declaration of Ownership and Occupancy” form in case FEMA inspectors are unable to verify ownership and occupancy of their damaged residence.

In order to provide a convenient location for Precinct 1 residents to have their “Declaration of Ownership and Occupancy” form signed, Precinct 1 House members are temporarily designating the Koblerville Youth Center as the site where residents can obtain and have signed the “Declaration of Ownership and Occupancy” form.

Precinct 1 residents are encouraged to visit the Koblerville Youth Center starting today, Aug. 27, to get their forms signed.  The temporary office schedule will be every Monday to Saturday, 8:30am to 12pm, until such time that the Legislature’s offices on Capital Hill are back in operation. Residents are also encouraged to bring with them their photo ID and any relevant documents that can assist with the certification process.

Stay tuned to local radio stations and newspapers for updates or contact the Koblerville Youth Center during the office hours at 288-0023 for any questions you may have. (Office of the House Speaker)
