NMC to host info sessions on Tinian
Tinian residents who are interested in furthering their education are encouraged to attend Northern Marianas College’s free information sessions on June 16 and June 30, 2021.
The event will cover information on the admissions application process, financial aid, class registration, and academic programs and services.
The first info session will be held on June 16, from 10am to 11:30am at the Tinian Center Library. The second info session will be held on June 30 from 2:30pm to 4:30pm at the Tinian Mayor’s Office conference room. As part of NMC’s COVID-19 safety protocols, participants are asked to wear masks or face coverings when attending these sessions.
Staff members from the Tinian Municipal Scholarship office will be present at these sessions.
Attendees will qualify to have their application fee and their placement test fees waived for NMC’s upcoming fall 2021 semester—a savings of about $75.
NMC’s summer semester will start on June 21, 2021 and its fall 2021 semester will begin on Aug. 16, 2021. A list of the classes that are offered can be found at www.marianas.edu. (PR)
