The Empty Vessel Ministry Foundation and the Hotel Association of the Northern Mariana Islands will host the 2018 CNMI Next Top Chef competition on Nov. 28, 2018, at Fiesta Resort & Spa Saipan.
The CNMI Next Top Chef aims to again feature 12 chef teams in a Chopped-style competition live on-stage, with all proceeds to benefit the non-profit Empty Vessel Ministry Foundation. The competition will include three rounds: appetizers, main entrée, and dessert.
Individuals who support Empty Vessel by purchasing a ticket to CNMI Next Top Chef will be able to attend the live competition, enjoy a full buffet dinner from the kitchen of Fiesta Resort & Spa, and participate in a raffle draw.
Tickets are $60 per person and now on sale through Empty Vessel Ministry Foundation.
“I would like to thank HANMI for leading this important event every year and for the whole CNMI community for their support,” said EVM director Ana McMahon. “We continue to ask for your support and we are looking forward for an exciting competition this year.”
Registration will be announced shortly for interested chefs, cooks, and interested community members. Entry will be $50 and will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Corporations and individuals interested in donating to the event may contact EVM at 235-2340 or 783-8290 or emptyvesselministries@gmail.com. (PR)
