New Tinian hotel looking for restaurant partner

Bridge Investment Group is looking for a company to operate the restaurant inside its planned Tinian Diamond Hotel & Casino.
BIG said the restaurant and bar will have a space of 1,117 square feet indoors, 990 square feet further from outdoor, and comes with the latest modern kitchen applications and a complete set of restaurant tables and chairs.
Tinian Diamond Hotel & Casino will be built at the San Jose Port and is due to open in the fourth quarter of 2020.
BIG is already dubbing the development as the “brightest entertainment resort” that will “feature all the desirable amenities of a world-class casino in a setting of beaches and sea views.”
Tinian Diamond Hotel will feature 17 designated rooms and seaview suites just a short walk from the casino building.
BIG is also looking to launch the inter-island ferry Sand Diamond in the third quarter of 2020. It will be able to carry up to 298 passengers and 32 vehicles daily between Tinian and Saipan.
The Sand Diamond was named during a ceremony attended by members of the Tinian and Aguiguan Legislative Delegation in Guangdong Province, China last year.
