New law: Yield at least 3 feet to cyclists

This is a reminder that the law requires drivers to pass bicyclist with at least three feet distance between cyclists and their vehicle, and if that space isn’t available they are to wait until it is. Now that there are many bikers using the roads in preparation for next month’s triathlons, drivers should be particularly vigilant and considerate of those that share the roads. Cyclist have the same right to use the roads as vehicles and drivers need to remember to give them at least three feet of safe distance. Thank you.
