New hours of operation for PUA/FPUC program

Starting yesterday, July 27, 2020, the CNMI Department of Labor’s Pandemic Unemployment Assistance Program is open to the public from 8am to 2pm, Monday to Friday, at Building 1334 on Capital Hill, Saipan.
The CNMI DOL PUA Program is changing its hours to allow for more time spent on processing claims for payment of benefits to ensure expedient disbursement of approved unemployment benefits.
Services
CNMI DOL will continue to provide the same services it has provided for the past month. This includes: (1) disseminating and receiving initial and weekly applications; providing general assistance with filling out applications; providing claims information (e.g., status of claim; and answering general inquiries about the program (e.g., eligibility requirements).
