Mystery lovers to enjoy new books at JKPL

Readers who enjoy mystery and suspense will enjoy the latest books at the Joeten-Kiyu Public Library. A total of 476 new items, from books to magazines and AV2, have been added to JKPL’s collection that caters to the young and old.

Revenge of the Lawn Gnomes and The Haunted Mask, from the Goosebumps series of author R.L. Stine, and The Campfire Collection: Spine-tingling Tales to Tell in the Dark—will surely be a hit to juveniles and young adults.

Adults who are also into mystery will love Easter Island: Land of Mysteries by Peggy Mann and Hawaii Island Legends, which tells of stories and other folklore of Hawaii.

For those who like novels, there’s Brothers in Blood, Cataract City, and the Painted Lady, while other books are The Power of Positive Thinking, Does Stress Damage the Brain?, and Total Heart Rate Training.

JKPL staff and volunteers also invite book lovers to check their book sale section and buy what interests them. JKPL is inviting everyone to visit them to check out other books.
