The Marianas Young Professionals (MYPros), dedicated to providing diverse networking opportunities to young professionals throughout the CNMI, is excited to announce its next MYPros Membership Meet (M3) on Wednesday, March 16, from 6pm to 7:30pm at the Pacific Island Club’s Seaside grill. M3s bring influential professionals from the CNMI to speak to the group about their background and leadership experiences.

On Wednesday, Saipan Chamber of Commerce Business Person of the Year, Alex Youn, will share on his professional success and upcoming project, “The Small Business Incubator.” Mixed Martial Arts role model-turned-businessman, Frank “The Crank” Camacho, will discuss what’s next for CRANK INDUSTRIES along with his life beyond the MMA world.

“We’re really excited to dig into the second year for the MYPros,” said MYPros president Bo Palacios. “We’re expanding our reach into the community by setting up committees focused on the environment, public and private relations, and professional development, among others.”

“I’m amazed to have such great people step up to chair our committees. As young professionals, we’re all very busy, so it’s important to have a wide support network,” said MYPros vice president Nola Hix.

Registration for the M3 begins at 5pm and the $15 admission includes a free drink and food.

MYPros develops the region’s future leaders by providing ambitious young professionals with the opportunity to build relationships, serve the community, and engage with political, civic, and business leaders. This dynamic group of 75+ members is open to anyone between the ages of 21 and 40, and membership is rolling—you can join the program year round. Membership is $30 and lasts 12 months.
