MVA is ‘Most Creative’ at Beijing tourism expo
The Marianas Visitors Authority joined Beijing’s top annual travel show on June 15-17, 2018, to promote the Marianas.
In cooperation with Century Tours, the MVA promoted the Marianas to worldwide travel trade representatives, media representatives, and members of the public at the Beijing International Tourism Expo Century.
“Among the international exhibitors, our booth received the ‘Most Creative Booth Award’ and was quite popular,” said MVA marketing manager Broc Calvo. “Our booth had an eye-catching design and several types of experiences that produced a steady stream of inquiries throughout the expo.”
Century Tours joined the MVA this year at the show and helped address the extensive industry and consumer inquires.
The MVA promoted eight specific travel themes and provided virtual reality viewing for visitors to their booth, in addition to answering inquiries and distributing information about the destination. On the main stage, the MVA made n presentation of Marianas tourism resources and popular travel blogger Doukou shared about her travel experiences in the Marianas. (MVA)
