The Marianas Visitors Authority recently completed a series of Marianas Seminars and Workshops in three major Japanese cities, targeting travel trade representatives and media.

The annual series aims to acquaint new and established attendees with Saipan, Tinian, and Rota and provide the latest updates on the destination.

Attendees were welcomed by MVA managing director Christopher A. Concepcion, followed by a destination update by the MVA’s Japan office and further presentations by numerous private sector partners providing services in the Northern Marianas.

“Much has changed since the MVA last met with regional travel agents and media. These classes provide those who sell our destination with the tools and excitement they need to begin the process of building our important Japan market back to its former glory,” said Concepcion.
