MVA brings top Korean live streamer to Marianas

Influential YouTuber and top live streamer in Korea Daedoseogwan and honorary Marianas tourism ambassador Jaehoon Lee were in the Marianas this month on a familiarization tour with Marianas Visitors Authority to promote the destination.
Daedoseogwan, who has 1.7 million subscribers, and Lee visited Saipan and Tinian on March 31 to April 5, to promote the Marianas as the most ideal destination for outdoor and leisure activities, as well as to highlight its beautiful underwater world.
The celebrities and film team visited numerous tourist spots to experience the Marianas’ leisure activities, such as scuba diving, fishing, ATV tours and golf.
On Saipan, the group visited Grotto, Lau Lau Beach, Banzai Cliff, Mt. Tapochau and Micro Beach, capturing the beauty of Saipan’s land and sea.
On Tinian, the group visited more famous tourist spots such as Blowhole, Broadway, Taga Beach, Tachogna Beach, and other sites. They experienced various outdoor and underwater activities such as ATV, snorkeling and fishing at Long Beach.
“All the participants expressed great admiration for the uncontaminated ocean and wonderful natural tourist attractions of the Marianas,” said MVA marketing manager Broc Calvo. “In particular, they enjoyed a beachside BBQ at Tachogna Beach, watching a stunning sunset while eating dinner.”
Video and photo content gained from the tour will be utilized in one of Lee’s upcoming music video. The MVA is also conducting an online consumer event to disseminate video clips and eye-catching pictures of the Marianas, including underwater photos. The MVA will also organize paid social media campaigns through its own channels to create an online buzz in Korea.
