Miss Teen Pusong Pinoy 2017 on Feb. 25
The United Filipino Organization will hold its first signature event for 2017 when it hosts the 4th Miss Teen Pusong Pinoy on Feb. 25 at the Royal Taga Hall of Saipan World Resort.
UFO is now accepting applicants/candidates for the competition, which is open to girls 13-17 years old and must at least be half Filipino. The winner will serve as UFO’s goodwill ambassador.
Aside from the overall winner, the pageant will also have special awards for Miss Photogenic, Miss Charity, Best in Talent, Best in Evening Gown, and Star of the Night. All candidates will receive cash prizes, gift certificates, sashes, and bouquets.
UFO president Marlon Regaton said all candidates will undergo training sessions in personality development, table etiquette, beauty and catwalk tips, and pointers for the question-and-answer portion of the competition.
He said candidates from previous stagings of the pageant are eligible to join as long as they submit all the requirements.
Joel Vallega will serve as pageant coordinator under the supervision of UFO events director Ernie Molina.
