Military training on FDM, W-517

The Emergency Management Office has announced that the U.S military would be conducting military training on the island of Farallon de Mendenilla and at W-517 irregular polygon south of Guam on July 3 and 6, from 8am to 12:59am.

The general locations for this activity will on the island of Farallon de Mendenilla training area on a 10 nautical mile radius on all quadrants and at W-517 irregular polygon south of Guam comprising 14,000 nautical miles of airspace that begins south of Guam and extends south-southwest into international waters.

Due to the danger imposed by this activity, EMO is advising the general public, especially fishermen, commercial pilots, and marine tour operators, to stay away from this area during the time and dates indicated.
