The two branches of McDonald’s Saipan went all out with their Halloween decorations last week as part of its Halloween Store Decoration Contest, with the main store in Chalan Laulau being declared the winner.

The competition was judged by 2021 Miss Earth Northern Marianas Crystal Fiona Rio; Rob Travilla, co- founder and creative director of TRIBE Marianas; Obet Aguilar, computer graphics artist of Saipan Tribune; and Natasha Palacios, a social media influencer.

The store decoration contest was intended to promote teamwork and camaraderie in the workplace, so that team members would learn to trust each other and genuinely enjoy working together, according to Ana Olaes, McDonald’s Saipan HR manager.

“This can increase collaboration, efficiency, and overall productivity of our employees. It [was] also a chance for our employees to exhibit or demonstrate their creativity, have fun, and feel the Halloween spirit despite this pandemic,” said Olaes. (Saipan Tribune)
