Hyatt Regency Saipan was presented with a generous cash donation for the 20th Annual Charity Golf Classic set for April 23 at Laolao Bay Golf and Resort west course. An annual event partner, Micronesian Brokers, Inc. seized the opportunity and doubled-up on their sponsorship package this year with a total cash donation of $3,000.

Proceeds will go to the event’s primary beneficiary, the Make-A-Wish Foundation, aiding them in their mission to grant wishes to children with life-threatening diseases and the Northern Marianas Trades Institute, which will be the secondary beneficiary as they continue in their mission to develop and train essential trade skills to enhance our community.

MBI general manager Dennis Yoshimoto stated, “Micronesian Brokers Inc. is proud to be a partner with Hyatt Regency Saipan once again. The Hyatt Regency Saipan Charity Golf Classic golf tournament is always a fun event and I want to encourage all our local golfers to sign up and enjoy themselves knowing that they are supporting a great cause.”

Hyatt Food and Beverage director Ty Pauling said, “Micronesian Brokers, Inc. has been a consistent supporter of this worthwhile tournament. Year after year they have maintained Platinum level sponsorship for our event. As we approach tee time on our 20th annual tournament, they have again exceeded our expectations in support of our beneficiaries.”

Early bird registration is open until 4pm, Monday, April 18. For more information about the 20th Annual Charity Golf Classic, contact 234-1234 ext. 26.
