Matua Riders revs up for Memorial Day Ride

Share

The Matua Riders Motorcycle Club is inviting fellow riders and motorcycle enthusiasts to join them for a Memorial Day or Freedom Day Ride at 10am on May 29.

The event is the MRMC’s way of honoring and remembering the fallen heroes—the men and women in uniform—for their service.

The Freedom Day Ride, around the island, is open to all motorcycle enthusiasts no matter what motorcycle you ride.

This is also MRMC’s celebration and tribute for all who gave up their lives to make sure others are free and are enjoying the fruits of their sacrifice.

Registration for the Freedom Day Ride is free and starts at 8:30am to 9:30am at the Minatchom Atdao Pavilion across the Gilbert C. Ada Gymnasium. A briefing about road safety and courtesy will be held before the start of the ride.

For more information, call MRMC president Pete Leon Guerrero at 285-7013 or vice president Ivan “Budz” Igitol at 287-0028.
