There will be a memorial Mass today at the Mount Carmel Cathedral for the three Filipino workers who were killed on July 7 while working on a sewer well in San Antonio.
Their employer, USA Fanter, in collaboration with Philippine honorary consul to the Commonwealth Glicerio Arago, is hosting the memorial mass for the three victims: Ricky Quijano, 47; Amid Tapon, 41; and Danilo Paglinawan, 53.
The Mass is at 6pm tonight and the public is welcome to join the service. It will also serve as a rosary for the three men.
On Sunday, the United Filipino Organization will host a separate memorial service for the victims.
According to UFO president Marlon Regaton, the organization will be sponsoring a Mass in the morning and another in the evening.
The first Mass will be at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cathedral and will start at 11am. The second Mass will be at the Kristo Rai church and will start at 6pm. The public is invited.
