MARPAC holds Ice Age: Collision Course premiere

A total of 18 winners won four free movie tickets apiece to the premiere of Ice Age: Collision Course last Thursday at the Regal Cinemas Saipan Megaplex 7.
It was Aloha Maid and Royal Mill’s third and last movie premiere promotion. The 18 winners qualified to the MARPAC promotion after purchasing packs of Aloha Maid and Royal Mill.
Among the winners is Duwayne Sakisat. He said that he only found out that he won when MARPAC gave him a call unexpectedly. ”I felt excited when I found out I won, it just brightened up my day,” he said. He also mentioned that he felt special when he found out that he is one of the first few to see the movie.
Angelie Galvez, daughter of winner Vetino Galvez, said that she found out about the promo from her father after she came home from practice. “I was just surprised, I mean a free movie premiere,” she said. Galvez added that she was surprised because the movie is like a blast from her past childhood life and it was also one of her favorite movies.
Another winner is Phyllisina Reyes, who said that she found out about the promo when they were grocery shopping for a beach barbeque so they bought a pack of Aloha Maid. “I was pretty excited; I told Michelle (Villacrusis, MARPAC representative) that it was very unexpected,” she said.
“Exciting, I don’t watch that much television so this is awesome and I think the kids will really enjoy it,” she added.
Ice Age: Collision Course is the fourth movie from the film series Ice Age that was released 14 years ago. The movie is about characters trying to save themselves and the rest of the herd from a series of cosmic events that transforms and threatens their world. The movie stars the voices of John Leguizamo, Ray Romano, Denis Leary, Queen Latifah, Seann William Scott, Josh Peck, Keke Palmer, Jennifer Lopez, and Simon Pegg.
Ice Age: Collision Course is now showing at Regal Cinemas.
Villacrusis said that they will have more promos to offer and wanted everyone in the island to stay tuned. Aside from the free tickets to the movie premiere, the 18 winners also won $30 worth of gift cards.
