Man gets 180 days for indecent exposure

A man was sentenced by Superior Court Associate Judge Joseph Camacho to 180 days’ incarceration for indecent exposure after he was caught pleasuring himself.

Robert S. Lacanlale pleaded guilty last week to indecent exposure in the second degree and was sentenced to 180 days imprisonment, all suspended.

After his release, Lacanlale was ordered to serve one-year probation and to perform 100 hours of community service.

Lacanlale is also ordered to pay all court fees and probation fees.

According to Saipan Tribune archives, Lacanlale looked into the window of a woman who was not aware of his presence, exposed his genitals, and pleasured himself outside her window.

Lacanlale was later caught by another individual outside the residence who filmed the act and was allegedly streaming the video live.
