Man arrested for allegedly beating, raping ex-girlfriend
Drunk woman said to have called ex-boyfriend for sex

An intoxicated woman allegedly called her former boyfriend to have sex with him, then complained that he allegedly beat her up after having sex inside his car and then later raped her at the same location at Sugar Dock in Chalan Kanoa early morning last week.
Ernest Vincent Milne Camacho, 25, a marketing ambassador of a casino, was served with an arrest warrant in Garapan on Monday night on charges of assault and battery, disturbing the peace, and sexual assault in the first degree.
At a hearing yesterday, Superior Court Associate Judge Teresa Kim-Tenorio maintained the $25,000 cash bail that the court had earlier imposed in issuing the arrest warrant.
Preliminary hearing will be on July 8, 2016 at 9am. Assistant public defender Tillman Clark was appointed as counsel for the defendant. Assistant attorney general Matthew Baisley appeared for the government.
Kim-Tenorio also quashed a bench warrant issued against Camacho for failing to appear at a court hearing pertaining to his traffic case. The defendant yesterday said he would pay the $50 fine and court costs to resolve the traffic matter.
Police Detective Peter A. Aldan stated in his report that a police officer responded to a residence in Chalan Kanoa last Wednesday, June 22, at 4:54am after the victim called to report about a domestic violence.
Aldan said based on his investigation, the victim arrived home in Chalan Kanoa last Wednesday at 12:30am after she consumed six cans of beer and two shots of whiskey at the residence of her cousins in-law.
The victim then called her former boyfriend, Camacho, and asked him if they could have sex. Camacho picked her up at 1am with his car and drove her to a small opening east of the boat ramp area at Sugar Dock.
After having sex, the victim confronted him that triggered their argument. She then kicked him off of her, causing Camacho to get mad.
Camacho then allegedly started beating her by slapping her on the face, choking her neck, and punching her on the left ear.
The half naked victim started crying due to pain on her neck and left ear, but Camacho allegedly grabbed her by the hair and pulled her out of the car. He dragged her from the ground and threw her back into the front passenger seat and shouted at her to shut up.
Camacho then drove the car and told her he was taking her to Capitol Hill to sleep with him.
She insisted to drop her home in Chalan Kanoa. Camacho subsequently drove her back to the same area in Sugar Dock, where he allegedly sexually assaulted her without her consent.
In January 2014, police arrested Camacho for allegedly choking the same victim on Oct. 26, 2013 and for causing damage to the house of his girlfriend’s mother on Dec. 17, 2013.
