Man accused of selling ‘ice’ pleads guilty

A man accused of selling crystal meth or “ice” last Aug. 16 in As Lito has pleaded guilty as part of a plea deal.

Juan Delos Reyes Tydingco, 40, pleaded guilty on Tuesday to illegal possession of a controlled substance. He will be sentenced on Aug. 15, 2017.

Assistant public defender Michael Sato served as his counse. Assistant attorney general Chester Hinds prosecuted the case.

A cooperating source of the CNMI Drug Enforcement Task Force managed to buy from Tydingco $140 worth of a substance that tested presumptive positive of methamphetamine.
