Majesty to host second free Thanksgiving meal distribution

For the second year in a row, Majesty Restaurant & Catering in Garapan will be distributing free Thanksgiving meals this year to help out families that need Thanksgiving meals.

Pre-packaged meals will be distributed between 4pm and 5pm, or while supplies last, on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 25 at the Majesty Restaurant location in Garapan. All meals are prepared in-house by Majesty’s culinary team.

This activity is an extension of Majesty Restaurant’s outreach activity in this time of the COVID-19 pandemic. The restaurant has been distributing and delivering free meals on Sundays.

In a statement from Majesty Restaurant, it said that churches and other organizations in the CNMI provide thousands of meals to residents every year and 2021 is no exception despite COVID-19, though the pandemic has changed the way the Thanksgiving gatherings are held.

Majesty will strictly be enforcing social distancing and the mask mandate, and may resort to drive-thru style for this distribution.
