Lions Clubs to hold Health Fair this Sunday
The Lions Clubs International, District 204, Region 2 will hold its annual Health Fair this Sunday, Jan. 11, 2015 from 8am to 12pm at the Joeten Dai-Dai Social Hall of the Mt. Carmel Cathedral in Chalan Kanoa.
The health fair is open to the public. The services include blood pressure testing, sugar/glucose testing, vision screening, eye pressure test, diabetes awareness campaign, cancer awareness and general health awareness and distribution of reading glasses for its sightfirst program on a first-come-first-serve-basis only or while supplies last. For those who will avail the sugar/glucose test you are required for fasting prior to the check up. These services were provided by volunteers from CHC Nurses, Hardt Eye Clinic, the Guam Marianas Lions Club (GMLC). We are still encouraging other health companies to join for the said medical mission.

These LCI-D204 Region 2 Lions Clubs comprises of Saipan Fil-American Lions Club, Saipan Marianas Lions Club, Saipan Unity Lions Club, Tinian Marianas Lions Club, and Rota Marianas Lions Club.
Our District officials from Guam will join the medical mission headed by District Governor Daniel Yang, 2nd Vice District Governor Linda Tolan, and other Guam Lions clubs members.
