Lions Club offers Zumba, health screening tomorrow
The Saipan Alliance Lions Club is promoting health and fitness this Saturday, Jan. 19, at Marianas Business Plaza. Registration starts at 5pm and Zumba begins at 6pm.
In collaboration with the Division of Public Health cervical cancer prevention program, health screening like blood pressure check, blood sugar test, diabetes awareness, among others will be conducted through the assistance of Marianas Medical Center volunteers. Club members will distribute assorted freebies.
They will also give prizes for best in Zumba attire for male and female, best in moves, and best in man’amko category. There is a $5 registration fee and those who wish to avail of an event T-shirt must pay $15 each. All proceeds will fund the club’s community service projects.
